Mandy Eades – Owner / Director


As one of the founding partners of iq-people, Mandy's high energy, flexible attitude, sound relationship building skills and highly developed knowledge of the Call Centre industry, has helped build this business up to where it is today. With over 20 yrs experience in the Recruitment Industry, 23 years in Sales and Business Development and 13 years in Senior Management, she has the finely tuned skills needed to develop iq-people. Mandy has also initiated and implemented new recruitment and management concepts within the Call Centre industry along with securing preferred supplier status with multiple leading corporate accounts. Her positive attitude towards growth and change is part of iq-peoples philosophy of moving from good to great while delivering the Greatest Human Experience to all whom we have contact with. It's a great philosophy and one we all work by!

Bree Macdonald – Owner / Commercial Operations Manager

Bree is one highly motivated and energetic woman - and is one of the founders of iq-people! Bree has ten years specialised experience in recruiting Call Centre staff at all levels within the Commercial and Industrial sector. This includes the management of a large number of on site casuals for leading corporate accounts. Part of this management includes performance programs, incentive schemes, management of rostering, attendance and leave.
Bree has also facilitated large volume Traineeship Programs for clients, which has proven to be very successful!

Nandi Hofmann - Operations Manager

With in excess of 20 years Sales and Business Development experience and 15 plus years in Recruitment, Nandi has built excellent long standing relationships with both her candidates and clients alike. It is her enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated approach that has seen her successfully manage 200+ casual on hire employees at any one time, with the ability to also source large volumes of high quality staff at very short notice- and that's no easy feat!

Phil Kirby – Manager - Temporary Recruitment

After a move in career from the banking industry to iq people, Phil brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the Finance, Gaming and Real Estate industries. In addition he has worked as a Project Manager, Sales Consultant and Trainer. He is highly motivated, energetic and a well respected leader who prides himself on his relationship building skills.

Gaby Geremia - Senior Recruitment Consultant

With a Diploma in Education and 15 years in recruitment Gaby is a great addition to our team. Gaby has experience in both temporary and permanant recruitment and is using her collection of skills to contribute to both the commercial and executive divisions at iq people.

Michelle Knowles: Senior Recruitment Consultant

A motivated team player recognised for her “can do” attitude and accustomed to working in a hectic environment specialising in the Call Centre industry. Michelle brings over 10 years recruitment experience coupled with her degree in Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). Michelle enjoys building effective relationships with both clients and candidates and is an both an asset and a pleasure to have on our team.

Judy Geday - Senior Recruitment Consultant

With 15 years recruitment experience in a wide range of industries from Food, Automotive to Electrical Wholesalers, Judy definitley has the experience to be the Manager of our Industrial Division!! Judy has also looked after up to 250 temps in one go under large national accounts, Cadbury, Ingham and Australia Post to name a few so her experience is secound to none!

Emma Guy - Resourcer

Over from NZ, Emma has recently finished her BA in Psychology and is putting her new found degree to good use with iq people and is constantly wowing us with her skills. Her professional and caring approach towards both our temps and clients has been a true asset to our team and is a true example of our philosophy to provide our candidates with the greatest human experience when on the always challenging recruitment search!

Jasmine Loughran - Resourcer

Jasmine is new to our team and is working part time while finishing her BA. Majoring in psychology and anthropology, Jasmine is able to apply her understanding of people and place when resourcing. Above all, she values others and strives to learn and grow with them. Her recruitment philosophy is compassion and right fit. As a result, Jasmine is an asset to our team. In the future, she hopes to use her qualification to advance a career in organisational psychology. Jasmine believes everyone deserves a happy,healthy workplace.

Hayley Wilcox – Office Manager / Marketing

Starting at iq-people in our all important reception area, Hayley has quickly worked her way up to Office Manager. The experience and knowledge she gained in her time at reception, along with 8 years experience in Administrative and Marketing roles, sets Hayley in a perfect position to pull together all of the daily challenges of running a busy office. Lucky for us Hayley also has a BA – Majoring in Graphic Design, so we can always count on her to make things look their best!

Sonia Pellegrini – Finance

If you have a question about anything financial - then Sonia is the one to call! With a double Degree, BA in Psychology and Business-HR Management and 6 years experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Financial Accounting and Administration she is quite the all rounder.  Sonia may be small in size but has an enormous capacity for quality work and with an accuracy rate of 99.9% we are very lucky to have her in our team!
