Susanne has 8 years recruitment experience both in New Zealand and Canada where she both ran and managed Temporary and Permanent recruitment teams. Her working experience spans over many industries including medical, advertising, telecommunications, engineering, sales and training. Since relocating to Australia 9 years ago she has worked as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor in Retail Sales and Call Centre environments.
She has also had her own business and knows the value of exceptional staff. It’s an intuitive approach that Susanne has developed from an early career in marketing within corporates and start ups.
