Interview Preparation

Heading to that all important job interview can be rather daunting, but it doesn't need to be that way. All it takes, to walk in feeling confident and ready to give this opportunity your best shot, is to be prepared.

All interviews are different and we will give you as much client specific interview tips as we can prior to your interview, however regardless of the method, the desired outcome is always the same; does this person understand our company and values? Do they know the details of the role? WHY do they want to work for us and will they fit in with our team?

Prior to attending any interview we will always prepare you with as much information as possible, it is however important that you still remember the basics to really get you started on the right foot. Below are our top tips that seem to easily get forgotten in the midst of all the pre-interview jitters!

Our top tips for you:

• Know WHERE you are going. Look up the address prior, print out a map.
• Allow plenty of TIME to get there, factoring in traffic jams, public transport delays.
• Know WHO you are going to meet. We will tell you so write it down!
• Research the ROLE before you go. Look at their WEBSITE. Understand it.
• Take with you any QUESTIONS you may have for them.
• SMILE and lastly, BREATHE!
